Line for anodic oxidation of aluminium and its alloys

The anodizing line is designed as a two-row line with separate inlet and outlet of goods. It is designed for both manual and fully automated operation. The transfer of orders between operations is carried out automatically by means of conveyor manipulators.
The line can provide anodic oxidation of aluminium and its alloys either as anodizing in sulphuric acid or as anodizing in a chromium bath. It is also possible to carry out a separate operation of chemical treatment of aluminium on the line, so-called chromating, ALODINE® or satin pickling.

The anodic oxidation workstation is repeatedly approved by NADCAP certification, which is necessary for a wide application in the aerospace industry.

Maximum usable van space size:
Length: 1000 mm
Width: 550 mm
Depth: 700 mm

Passivation line for chemical treatment of stainless steels

The line is designed for passivation of mainly precipitation hardened stainless steels. However, the technology of the line allows passivation of other stainless steels listed in the AMS 2700C standard without changing the composition of the baths and operating parameters.

The actual passivation operation is carried out in a bath in a solution containing nitric acid and sodium dichromate. Workpieces placed on hinges or in baskets pass through the line using a cantilever manipulator.

The passivation process is fully automatic in the line. The control system ensures the passage of the goods through the line, monitors and controls the variables in the line (temperature, time, rinse conductivity). The control system is supported by a PC on which the individual operating conditions are recorded.

The passivation line is repeatedly approved by NADCAP certification, which is necessary for wide application in the aerospace industry.

Maximum usable van space size:
Length: 1000 mm
Width: 550 mm
Depth: 700 mm

Hard chrome plating line

The line is designed for both serial and piece production. Hard and abrasion-resistant chromium coatings with layer thicknesses from a few µm up to several hundred µm are cast in chrome plating baths.

Based on specific requirements, the line also provides hard chrome plating, so-called to the exact dimension (without the need for subsequent regrinding)

The chrome plating line uses modern chrome plating baths, the so-called third generation, which ensure an increase in the quality of the resulting chrome layer (less chromium growth on the edges, better anti-corrosion parameters in terms of microstructure and porosity, higher hardness of the coating, up to 1200 HV).

Maximum diameter of the part to be treated: 300 mm
Maximum length of the part to be treated: 1 000 mm

Workplace for wet paint application - paint shop

The basic component of the new workplace is a spray booth with a water wall for spray coating. The booth can apply a wide range of coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, synthetic, nitro and waterborne paints.

The method and drying time of the applied NH is varied by placing the parts to be treated after the application of the coating system either in a drying area at a temperature up to 40°C or in a drying oven to take advantage of drying temperatures up to 120°C.

The paint shop is repeatedly approved by NADCAP certification, which is necessary for wide application in the aerospace industry.

Spray booth dimensions:
Width: 2400 mm
Depth: 2400 mm
Height: 2 800 mm
